INVENTION 2 (Mixed peppers and fish sauce)

So I was saying yesterday how I invented a kind of rice that I still haven't given a name to... yet.. and I said it could be served with or without sauce.

And also I recommended serving with a Mixed peppers and fish sauce I invented..lol..

seriously...

So here is a picture of what the sauce looks like

Forgive me, this picture was taken with my old phone.. so the quality isn't quite good..

I used largely chopped tomatoes, Red, Yellow (more of orange I think) and green bell peppers with onions and some sardines.

Here is what it looks like served with spaghetti.. again I must apologize for the food display.. lol... it was taken long ago and I had so much on my plate.. as a foodie (general laughter)

Well that is the mixed peppers and fish sauce served with spaghetti, chicken and coleslaw..
Am such a food junkie (hides face)..

Will be posting recipes of my creations soon so that if you would like to try out for yourself, you could...

I remember writing this note on facebook a couple of years ago.. lol.. looking at it now I think I must have been high on sugars.. lol..

All u need is ur heat (gas,stove,microwave,grill,hotplate,charcoal,fireplace,burner etc) and u'r good2go!!

B4 u cook,listen2ur tummy...taste ur tongue..figure out wat ur senses r tellin u2eat..let all d flavours come into play in ur head.. Then its OFF 2 EXPERIMENTIN!!
U can make jst abt anything as long as u let ur senses guide u!
Whether its d scent of d saute'd onions or d mouth watering aroma of ur marinade (fish or meat or chicken) or d soft hiss of the butter on d skillet, or d wonderful colours of ur steamed salad, Cookin can turn u on and make u hav an orgasm..! think of it as FORE PLAY B4 SEX..Lol..
Work wit colors..be creative.. Listen2some classical music if u have to.. Know whn2stop.. When u put anythin on d heat, listen for dat first bubble, or put ur nose up for d aroma dat u and only u r lookin4..when u'v gotten it,knw whn2stop.. Learn2mix flavours and spices.. And whn u sit down2eat ur work of art, close ur eyes and chew..savouring every bit of ur creation.. DELICIOUS!

But I remembered the note while trying to figure out what to make for my American girlfriend who came visiting and complained that everything I made was spicy..lol.. (I'm Nigerian for chrissakes) so I decided to invent something NON spicy to suit her royal highness's tastes (winks).. haven't made a name for it yet but its a beef stock, egg and vegetable fried rice... seriously..

#can be eaten with or without stew.. my favorite sauce recommendation would be my mixed peppers and fish sauce invention..lol

I just made some yams for dinner.. and took a picture with my mobile phone.

Being a Nigerian living in the UK, I often develop cravings for some mama Africa home cooking..
I guess this time I couldn't resist the urge and dashed straight to a local store at Hendon central, London just to get some ingredients to make this..lol.. X_X..
